Job summary

Intuit in Columbus, OH seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax expertise and full preparation for a diverse clientele, from simple W-2 filings to more complex returns. You’ll work with a team of financial specialists and serve both in‑person and virtual clients, ensuring accurate, friendly service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location Monday–Friday, 20+ hours/week.
• Completion of required training and compliance programs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and support branding.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, incl. complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Engage via in-person and virtual meetings using Intuit tools, ensuring accuracy.

Upskilling into additional service
