Job summary

Intuit is seeking tax professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site and virtual tax support in local communities. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and work with a broader team to address complex personal and business tax needs.

You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, build lifelong relationships, and support year-round prosperity for clients, while complying with training and professional standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Coordinate with other Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and year-round support.
