Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software/product support while fostering relationships with customers in the local community.

The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, and you will wear a TurboTax uniform, work weekends as needed, and collaborate with marketing support to grow the local client base and

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community per Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and building a local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service.
• Support growth through local marketing initiatives and leveraging TurboTax tools to attract and retain clients.
