Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement, delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will grow our local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in marketing efforts while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver in-person customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local community and support local marketing efforts.
