Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building trusted relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver professional customer service and help clients meet financial goals.
• Engage with customers onsite and through TurboTax marketing initiatives.
