Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while building relationships with local clients and growing the TurboTax footprint in your community.

As a non-exempt, on-site role, you will work 20+ hours per week, including weekends, wear a TurboTax uniform, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that help customers maximize

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools to grow local client base.
