Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site role, providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will grow the local client base and engage with the community, supported by TurboTax marketing and tools. The position is non-exempt, onsite, and requires a weekly commitment with hours that may vary, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow the client base in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools to address inquiries.
