Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will assist customers with full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the client base through community engagement and marketing collaboration.

You will build long-term relationships, provide personalized tax guidance, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios in a friendly, accessible way.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Lead local marketing efforts and cultivate new clients in the community to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a helpful, approachable approach.
