Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support in a collaborative team environment.

You will grow Intuit’s client base in the local community, build lasting relationships, and leverage marketing support to develop a thriving TurboTax business for both you and your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Comfortable working on-site at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Experience with tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
