Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor and help customers navigate their tax needs, combining tax expertise with entrepreneurial spirit and community engagement. You’ll perform in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships in your local community and growing TurboTax’s client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends and 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and support clients both in person and via Intuit tools.
