Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation at us-based Retail or Flagship locations. You will build relationships with customers, offer tailored tax solutions, and participate in local outreach to grow the client base.

The role is onsite, non-exempt, with hours 20+ per week and potential for bonuses and benefits. Prior tax licensing and strong communication in English (and Spanish a plus) are valued.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA, CPA, or attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community and grow the client base through outreach.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
