Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing a local client base and representing TurboTax in the community.

The role is non-exempt and onsite, with flexible hours including weekends. A strong tax background and the ability to connect with customers are essential, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns for individual and small business clients onsite.
• Provide tax advice and planning, optimize deductions, and handle complex returns.
• Build local client relationships and participate in community outreach and marketing activities.
