Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare simple to complex returns, and help clients navigate tax planning and refunds with clear, everyday language.

As a trusted advisor and community ambassador, you will engage with local residents, participate in outreach, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering an exceptional in‑person service experience.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
