Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll prepare tax returns, give advice, and support customers with TurboTax products while building local relationships and contributing to neighborhood growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Maintain PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willing to obtain related State licenses/certifications if needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite, front-facing service.
• Able to work 20+ hours per week on site, including weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and engage in local marketing.
• Interest in building local and online presence; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning using TurboTax tools.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
