Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare tax returns, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while helping clients optimize their tax outcomes.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, prospecting for new clients, and building lasting relationships, with pay-for-performance rewards and comprehensive benefits. Remote work is not required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and building long-term relationships.
