Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

On-site roles involve in-person assistance, tax return preparation, and helping customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax advice, and represent TurboTax in the community while wearing the TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 federal and state returns.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, weekends may be required.
• Able to operate a front-facing retail role and wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base through prospecting and community outreach.
• Deliver high-quality, personalized tax solutions and planning.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and assist with local marketing.
