Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

On-site role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs and build lasting relationships. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will deliver full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, grow the local client base, wear the TurboTax uniform, and work at least 20 hours per week in a

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and build long-term relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helpful guidance.
Assist customers using TurboTax products and related software tools.
