Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, delivering personal tax prep, tax advice, and software support.

You’ll build trust by understanding each person’s situation and guiding them to the best financial outcome. You’ll grow the local client base, participate in marketing efforts, and provide exceptional service in a friendly retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips/content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services helpful.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and marketing support to grow the local client base.
