Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts, working on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and helpgrow our local footprint through community engagement and personalized service.

Role requires strong tax knowledge, active PTIN, and the ability to work 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail setting. Competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold state licenses/certificates or be able to obtain them.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040s filed per season using pro software.
• Circular 230 familiarity is required.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Assist clients in deductions, planning, and refunds optimization.
• Build local client relationships and support marketing efforts.
