Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a location near you across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurship to help customers with their tax needs.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, grow the local client base, and build lasting relationships while representing TurboTax with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals and long-term relationships.
• Assist in local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base and community presence.
