Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation on-site at a local TurboTax location. You will deliver expert tax advice, complete returns, and support clients in person and virtually while collaborating with a broader team of specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will grow TurboTax’s local presence, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients, with advice and software support.
• Ability to discover deductions, plan taxes, and discuss future tax planning in plain language.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with customers in person and via Intuit video tools.
