Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit teams (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear tax guidance.
