Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, including California. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local client base while representing TurboTax in the community.

role requires in-person service, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. A uniform is required, with potential marketing opportunities and benefits offered by Intuit.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Must have PTIN and be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers on-site.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
