Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license in tax field (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals through personal engagement.
