Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services while building relationships in the local community.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping with diverse tax scenarios and promoting local growth through outreach and excellent service. This is a nonexempt role requiring 20+ hours weekly, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust through excellent service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
