Intuit, Inc. invites qualified tax professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in Minnesota. You will prepare and review complex and simple tax returns on-site, deliver personalized tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit advisory ecosystem.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the customer base through community engagement, collaborate with specialists, and ensure a seamless, year-round TurboTax experience for individuals and small businesses in your area.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00-17:00 local time.
• Willing to wear uniforms and allow advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead local marketing and growth to build client base.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Engage clients using in-person and virtual meetings.
