Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax return preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You’ll engage with the local community, grow your client base, and deliver accurate tax solutions with a personal touch. The role emphasizes on-site work, friendly customer interactions, and leveraging TurboTax tools to maximize client outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax returns (30+ per season) using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience focused on financial goals and trust.
