Job summary

Panthalassa, a renewable energy and ocean technology company, is hiring for an onsite Recruiting Coordinator to run interview days and candidate logistics at our Portland campus.

You will partner with recruiters, manage schedules, greet candidates, coordinate meals, and maintain repeatable processes so interviews run smoothly. This is a full-time role requiring strong organization and discretion with HR data.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years coordinating logistics in recruiting or HR
• Strong calendar management and organization
• Comfort with ATS and HR tech
• Discreet handling of confidential information

Responsibilities

• Own onsite interview days end-to-end
• Greet candidates and escort between rooms
• Coordinate with recruiters on logistics
• Manage lunch, dietary needs and room resets
• Develop templates and SOPs for repeatable days
• Provide general HR admin support
