Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain relationships with candidates, ensure KPI/SLA targets, and drive talent acquisition strategies at the client site.

The role emphasizes candidate support, interview facilitation, and process adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality staffing solutions for the client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a service provider setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings in various systems and manage candidate postings.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit and placement options.
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes per client requirements.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline.
