Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. The role is on-site at the client’s location and focuses on building relationships with hiring managers, understanding staffing needs, and screening/interviewing candidates to fill positions.

The Site Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client’s HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce management, including recruitment, selection, and relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience multitasking and effectively prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
• Foster consultative relationships through in-person client visits.
• Market talent’s skills to match client needs with candidates.
• Offer innovative, effective employment solutions for client and talent delight.
