Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. The role is on-site at a client location and will build relationships with hiring managers to translate staffing needs into qualified candidates.

You will screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions while acting as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of business experience in people management or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Multitasking and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
• Experience presenting workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and adapt solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Screen and select candidates according to client profiles and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and operational standards.
• Build top-of-mind awareness through on-site visits and consultative relationships.
• Market talent's skills and abilities by making best matches.
• Offer innovative employment solutions and deliver services that delight clients and talent.
