Randstad North America is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This role works on-site at the client's location, building relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and screening, interviewing, and identifying qualified candidates to fill positions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing is a plus.
• Excellent communication across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client's needs.
• Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws.
• Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person client visits.
• Market talent's skills by making the best match for client and candidate.
• Provide services that delight our clients and talent.
