Job summary

Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, is hiring a Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service division. The Site Manager will work on-site with our client and build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

They listen to understand the volume needed to screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. You will act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of the workforce including recruitment,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume sales and/or recruiting.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multitasking and prioritizing workload.
• Professional communication at all levels of the client organization.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client, a global toy manufacturer.
• Understand the client’s business, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure adequate quantity and quality of hires.
• Screen and select candidates based on client profiles and workforce forecasts.
• Comply with all employment laws and standards.
• Foster consultative relationships through in-person client visits.
• Market candidates’ skills to deliver optimal matches.
• Offer innovative employment solutions.
