Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will foster strong relationships, recognize performance, and reinforce the value of working with Adecco while meeting client KPIs and SLAs.

You will administer job postings, interview candidates, build pipelines, and support compliant onboarding while maintaining efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact onsite, ensuring information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLA metrics.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Performs complex searches using Adecco tools and the internet.
• Aids candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Completes onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate pipeline for future client needs.
• Develops recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Implements strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Coordinates interviews with candidates and clients, including prep and briefings.
• Conducts debriefs with candidate and client post-interview.
• Performs prescreening adhering to laws and company policy.
• Prepares executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking systems.
