Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for designated business groups.
• Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers; coordinate onboarding.
• Coordinate staff staffing plans with HR and operations partners.
• Develop relationships with universities, colleges, and trade schools.
• Coordinate onsite hiring events and maintain candidate status in ATS.
• Travel 20-40% to support Las Vegas branches as needed.
