Job summary

Penske Recruiter will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for a designated business group, including sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding for about 30-50 hourly positions. This position is on site at 1100 N. 43rd Ave in west Phoenix, supporting district and branch leaders.

The role centers on sourcing, talent engagement, and collaboration with hiring managers and schools. Expect 20-40% travel to Las Vegas; duties include posting ads, candidate screening, and building

Qualifications

• 2-3 years recruiting experience in a large, decentralized or centralized company environment.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates with fluency in reading/writing highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, or, at least 3 years of equivalent work experience required
• Must have strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel, about 20-40% to various locations by car, plane or train overnight, as required or directed by area operational leadership

Responsibilities

• Manages full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding.
• Posts and edits job advertisements in various media outlets; database management; resume mining.
• Screening of applicants and coordination with hiring managers.
• Support Penske hiring managers and candidates via phone and email; participate in leadership meetings, job fairs, and career presentations.
