Job summary

Vaco in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hourly and salaried recruiting across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. This onsite role requires partnering with leaders to set hiring priorities and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and track recruiting metrics using an ATS. Onsite five days/week.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience recruiting in a high-volume environment.
Experience supporting hourly workforce (manufacturing, distribution) hiring.
Ability to balance many openings and adjust to shifting business needs.
Familiarity with applicant tracking and sourcing technology.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and evolving priorities.
Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment messaging to attract qualified talent.
Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing platforms, referrals, networking, and events.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage communication, and support offers and pre-employment process.
Maintain recruiting activity in the ATS and track hiring metrics, pipeline progress, and outcomes.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and talent outreach initiatives.
Identify opportunities to strengthen sourcing strategies and streamline processes.
