Job summary

Vaco is partnering with a well-established organization in Winston-Salem to hire an experienced Corporate Recruiter. This hands-on talent acquisition role supports professional and hourly hiring and is ideal for someone who has experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment.

The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle, proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition / Corporate Recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly roles.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to identify talent.
• Strong partnering skills with hiring managers and managing expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source qualified candidates, including passive talent.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Review resumes, conduct screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Extend offers and support pre-employment processes.
• Develop relationships with colleges and community organizations for pipelines.
• Support internship and early-career recruiting initiatives.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records.
