Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever.

Responsibilities

• Administer a full cycle recruiting process.
• Attend career fairs and educate potential candidates about CRT and openings.
• Sourcing: identify external candidate pipelines aligned with positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, assess qualifications for open roles.
• Interviewing: administer assessments, facility tours, and participate in selection with the hiring team.
• On-Boarding: create offer letters, extend offers, conduct background checks, verify references.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify sourcing and selection criteria.
• Use recruitment tools like Lever ATS, third-party databases, and social channels.
• Build sourcing pipelines via colleges, community services, media, fairs and internet sites.
• Maintain awareness of competitor practices and industry recruitment standards.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and candidate travel, document feedback, complete requirements.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Act as CRT ambassador to raise brand awareness and expand candidate pool.
