Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines through colleges, events, and networks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define criteria and postings.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and facilitate on-site interviews.
