Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions, LLC seeks a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract qualified candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and a passion for identifying top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interview process including scheduling and feedback collection.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and teams through hiring.
