This onsite role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition for Loloi Rugs & Joon Loloi. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of presenting win-win offers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with complex interview schedules.
• Confident in negotiating compensation packages and guiding offers.
• Maintains professionalism and confidentiality with strong communication.
• Ability to interact with all levels and represent the company image.

Responsibilities

• Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle and own duties.
• Maintain communication with Hiring Managers to build long-term relationships.
• Create, edit, and publish job postings.
• Identify candidates through various sourcing techniques.
• Review applicants and resumes from multiple sources.
• Conduct phone/virtual screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Provide interview notes and feedback.
• Organize interview processes across departments.
• Research and recommend new candidate sources.
• Update and maintain internal systems.
• Build professional networks through colleges, job fairs, and partners.
