Qualifications

• 3-5+ years recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing complex interview schedules.
• Confident in negotiating compensation and guiding offers to win-win outcomes.
• Professionalism, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment lifecycle and responsibilities.
• Maintain communication with Hiring Managers to build long-term relationships.
• Create, edit, and publish job postings.
• Identify suitable candidates via sourcing techniques.
• Review applicants and resumes from multiple sources.
• Conduct phone/virtual screens to assess fit.
• Provide interview notes and feedback.
• Organize interview processes across departments.
