Job summary

Motrex in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Stryten Energy and Element Resources. On-site daily, you will partner with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top talent across regular full-time and short-term roles.

Responsibilities include owning the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding, developing interview guides, accelerating time-to-hire, and delivering transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or related required.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or Workday) preferred.
• Strong ability to schedule interviews and coordinate travel.
• Attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
• Experience recruiting operators and maintenance technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle recruiting for regular full-time and short-term temporary positions.
• Work with hiring managers to plan intake and prioritize requisitions.
• Develop interview guides and conduct debriefs to improve hiring quality.
• Maintain reporting and transparency using recruiting technology.
• Improve candidate experience and time-to-hire.
