Job summary

Motrex LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner located on-site in Alpharetta, GA. You will partner with hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment for regular full-time and temporary roles across manufacturing, industrial, and contact centers.

Responsibilities include screening, scheduling, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding, while continuously improving candidate quality and the hiring process. Early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree required; experience in internal corporate recruiting preferred.
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience preferred; manage intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Willing to schedule interviews and coordinate travel as part of the process.
• Experience recruiting operators, maintenance technicians, or manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to facilitate hiring for regular full-time and short-term positions.
• Meet with hiring managers within 2 weeks to plan for next 6 months; set priorities and action plans.
• Review resumes, guide job postings, conduct pre-screening calls, and present qualified candidates.
• Develop interview guides and conduct debriefs to improve selection decisions.
• Enhance manager satisfaction through clear process expectations and timely communication.
• Lead projects to reduce time-to-hire and improve the careers website.
