Job summary

Motrex is seeking a college student for a paid HR internship at our Alpharetta, GA headquarters for May–August 2027. The role is full-time on-site (40 hours/week) with housing and transportation not provided; candidates must arrange their own housing and commute.

You will assist with coordinator support, requisitions, social media recruiting projects, event tracking, and potential work in Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, or HRIS, while gaining exposure to MS Outlook, Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• With a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• You must have housing and transportation.
• The position requires working on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinator support, including weekly reports, candidate backgrounds, I-9 processing, and relocation.
• Facilitate requisitions, including manager interface, candidate calls, scheduling, offers, and onboarding tasks.
• Recruiting projects related to social media, job descriptions, metrics, and others.
• Event tracking and outreach.
• Projects in Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, or HRIS could be possible.
