Job summary

ATI is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hourly and salary recruitment for manufacturing facilities. This onsite position reports to our Corporate HQ in Dallas, TX, with occasional travel to secondary office locations as needed.

You will lead hiring strategy discussions with managers, define sourcing plans, drive diversity outreach, and manage candidate pipelines in ADP RM. Partnering with teams, you will create competency-based interview guides and provide timely updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting in manufacturing/technical spaces.
Experience with high-volume production roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn the business and role objectives.
Define go-to-market sourcing plans using LinkedIn, job boards, direct search and social media.
Lead diversity outreach and recruitment strategies to ensure inclusive candidate pools.
Manage candidate applications in ADP RM and disposition decisions in a timely manner.
Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
Provide regular recruitment updates to managers and ensure strong service delivery.
