Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or HR operations experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with HRIS/ATS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, employees, and leaders.
• Exposure to immigration-related processes is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and maintain job postings on internal and external boards.
• Review resumes/applications and move qualified candidates forward.
• Conduct phone/virtual screens and support in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate travel as needed.
• Draft and refresh job descriptions with leaders.
• Maintain accurate HR data and files; ensure documents are up to date.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation.
• Serve as an HR resource for assigned business units and questions.
