Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition practices within consumer products, automotive, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing recruiting team and execute talent strategies to support growth.
• Oversee recruiting operations and ensure a strong experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency and service delivery.
