Korn Ferry has partnered with a global manufacturing organization to fill a Talent Acquisition Manager role that reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This position will guide a high-performing recruiting team, drive talent strategies to support growth, and optimize experiences for hiring managers and candidates.

The role requires a strong focus on operations, automation, and onsite collaboration. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in talent acquisition, expertise in full life-cycle

Competenze

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting full life-cycle recruiting for salaried workers.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition practices within consumer products, automotive, or manufacturing environments.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will lead a high-performing recruiting team while executing talent strategies that support the organizations growth and evolving workforce needs. This person oversees recruiting operations, ensures a strong experience for hiring managers and candidates, and leverages technology and automation to improve efficiency and service delivery. This role must sit onsite, no remote work available for this position.
